Beeswax
In the world of esthetics, beeswax is a staple. Extracted from honeycombs,
beeswax is a great moisturizer that attends to the soothing and hydration needed to keep your body feeling its best. Beeswax has antibacterial, and antiseptic qualities to fight irritation and infections and protection from bacteria.
Rosin
Rosin is probably the second most widely known wax ingredient. Found in most hard waxes, rosin is collected from pine trees and related plants, and is what gives a wax its sticky, bonding touch. Rosin firms and supports the restoration of cracked, dry skin. It is especially ideal for delicate skin and is part of what makes hard wax so successful for those with sensitive skin.
Menthol
Menthol, a lesser-discussed ingredient for Menthol cools the skin, giving the wax a chance to help alleviate excess heat and eliminate the likelihood of inflammation, reducing local temperature and improving microcirculation in the skin.
Sweet almond oil
Sweet almond oil is one of our most dynamic ingredients. This non-comedogenic property is less likely to create a blockage in pores, deep in the hair follicle- making it an excellent option for waxing, especially for those who have oily skin.
Soybean oil
Soybean oil, chock full of vitamin E, provides protection from free radicals and a flush of antioxidants. Both of these things can prevent premature aging and other diseases that may be derived from oxidative stress.
Carrot root extract
Reducing the appearance of fine lines, and age spots and delivering essential nourishment to your skin. Carrot root extract helps with skin cell turnover, brightening the skin and reducing inflammation in general.
