Orders Ship Out Same Day When Placed Before 12pm PST Monday Through Friday. If Orders Are Placed On A Holiday They Will Ship Out The Following Business Day We Are Open.
We ship to anywhere in the US & Puerto Rico.
Free Shipping qualifies for orders over $250. Free Standard Shipping for 48 contiguous states only. To qualify for free shipping, your order must be at least $250 before taxes and discounts. Free Shipping does not include Overnight or Expedited Services.
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All orders will be shipped to the address that you enter on your order. PLEASE double check to make sure your address is correct. Any error in information will result in delayed or even lost packages. BARE LLC is not responsible for orders being delayed or lost. Once it leaves our store we no longer have any control over your package.
If you get a notification of order delivery and do not see your package, you must call the carrier, USPS or UPS. Once it leaves our store we have no control over your package.
If boxes are found to be damaged or missing, it should be noted on delivery receipt before signing. Report any losses or damages to Customer Service. PLEASE ADVISE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ANY DISCREPANCY.
BARE LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged order it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS or UPS (whoever was the designated service). You MUST keep all packaging until the investigation is over. UPS or USPS will come to your location to investigate the packaging to investigate into what happened or may request detailed photos. If you do not keep your packaging or damaged products, USPS or UPS are unable to reimburse you for the damaged package. It leaves our store intact and in the shape of what you see in our website, If you receive it any other way, the carriers have damaged it. They need to do their research and if they cannot it is out of our hands. All you need to do is keep the packaging and file your claim with them.
